You must register before you can use our service. Registration shouldn't take you up to 2 minutes and it is FREE. Go to 'Register'. After registration, you have access to your Member Area and all our services.
3. How do I test your service?
Upon registration, you are automatically assigned absolutely FREE units to test our bulk SMS service.
4. How do I send BULKSMS on your platform?
To send bulk SMS on our platform is easy. Login to your account and you will see boxes for 'Sender ID', 'Type Recipients' and 'Type Message'. Enter your Sender ID, type the phone numbers you want to send message to, type your message and click ‘Send’. You are done!
A sender ID is a customised name you want the recipients to see when they receive your message. For example, you have received alerts from your bank with sender ID like ECOBANK, GTBank, DiamondBank, etc. Your Sender ID can be the name of your company, church or school. You can use any name but it should not be more than 11 characters. However, you need to avoid using some words as sender id for effective delivery. Click read more for details
6. How long does it takes to credit my account after payment?
Your account will be credited immediately after the bank posts your payment into our account. If your account is not credited 30 minutes after you make payment to the bank, please contact us.
7. How many SMS can I send from my account?
You can send messages to as many numbers as you can at any time if you have enough SMS credits in your account. If credit in your account is not enough to send your BULKSMS, you will receive system error message like "CREDIT EXHAUSTED UNIT"
8. What Phone number format does your platform recognise?
If your recipient contacts are more than 10, you will need to tpye them in a NOTEPAD. As long as the numbers are in a text file, and they are human readable, separated from one another either by a space, comma, dot, or any other character, our application can pick them out. Your numbers must be in the following format: 0803xxxxxxx or 234803xxxxxxx. Do not use the format like 803xxxxxxx or +234803xxxxxxx otherwise your message will not be delivered.
9. How long does it takes to deliver my messages?
Your messages are delivered almost immediately after sending. However, during busy or peak periods, there could be slight delays. Also, additional delays may be experienced if recipient's phone is out of coverage areas or switched off. When this happens a carrier will attempt to deliver your message within 72 hours
10. Can I send BULKSMS to other countries?
Yes. You can send to 400+ Networks around the globe. Note that unit price for countries varies.
11. Are there extra or additional cost for sending BULKSMS on your platform
There are no setup fees or monthly fees or any other additional fees. We operate on a prepay basis. The credits that you buy will not expire until you use them, so if you buy them now and only use them 6 months down the line, that is no problem. They will always be on your account at your disposal. It does not cost anything extra to be able to customize the sender ID.
12. Can I scheldule BULKSMS for later delivery?
Yes you can Schedule your SMS messages to be sent at a later date and time for up to one year in the future.
13. Can I cancel my schelduled messages?
Yes, you can cancel your scheduled SMS messages by logging into our SMS platform under the “Message History” You will see your schelduled SMS along with the other SMS. Simply click on the SMS message you want to delete and click “Delete”.
